Welcome to Energize Massage! I’m the proud owner and massage therapist here. I bring over 15 years of licensed massage and bodywork experience with a focus on recovery and sports massage therapy. My Associates of Occupational Therapy was completed at the Heritage Institute of Massage Therapy, formally located in Falls Church, VA. I am constantly keeping up with new information about massage therapy to strengthen and amplify my skills in order to bring my clients in Fairfax, Virginia the best massage services possible. My main goal is to enhance and build your body performance to help you reach your health goals by increasing mobility, lessening body burdens, and improving your daily performance.
